Yes, you can upgrade to higher tiers at any time by making additional investments that meet the minimum threshold for the desired tier. Higher tiers provide better monthly return rates and additional benefits.

Where can I view my investments?

Your dashboard shows a summary of your total investments, running investments, completed investments, and interest earnings. For detailed investment history, visit your investment log and statistics pages.

How to withdraw your earnings

When can I withdraw funds?

Important: Withdrawals are only available on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). This policy is in place because trades and investment operations are ongoing during weekdays. Plan your withdrawals accordingly.

How do I request a withdrawal?

To withdraw funds:

  • First, set up your withdrawal method in Withdrawal Methods
  • On a weekend, go to the Withdraw page
  • Select your withdrawal method
  • Choose whether to withdraw from your deposit wallet or interest wallet
  • Enter the amount (respecting minimum and maximum limits)
  • Provide your wallet address or payment details
  • Submit your withdrawal request

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal.

What are the withdrawal limits and fees?

Withdrawal limits and fees vary by method. Each withdrawal method has:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount

What is the difference between deposit wallet and interest wallet?

How are returns paid?

Returns are distributed from asset-level revenues according to the selected participation plan. Interest earnings are automatically credited to your interest wallet monthly based on your investment tier and can be withdrawn or reinvested.

Yes! You can transfer funds to other Chain Income Group users through the Balance Transfer feature. Simply search for the recipient by username and specify the amount to transfer.

You can view detailed statistics including:
